                  There are multiple plans you can choose from. It all depends on if you have access to a gym, or train at home, with the workout at home programme, it is mostly bodyweight and there are dumbbell options or even adding resistance bands. However, if you would like to get better at crossfit then of course you will select the crossfit specific programme. If you have any further questions, please reach out over email and I will get back to you ASAP.
                  You can still enroll in our online programming, however I recommend that you get medical advice first. Especially if the injury is severe. Then I would rather you get permission from a medical professional. Once you are okay to continue training then we will get started asap.
                  There are different durations for different programs - see on the trucoach app from the link below. The reason being that not all programs will be a subscription.
